Time to Transform with Dr Deepa Grandon: Hope in the Advent Season: How Ministries Are Combating Human Trafficking with the Heart of Jesus Part 2 | Ep 21
Description
The exploitation of vulnerable people isn’t something Christ was ever neutral about - He was clear that those who cause them to stumble deserves harsh judgment.
In our modern society, children and victims of human traffickings are those vulnerable people we should all work to protect.
As the Body of Christ, we’re called to hold to that same standard as Jesus - to shine a light in dark places and to help set captives of human trafficking free. We all have the ability to bring hope into this dire situation, and especially in this advent season, one of the ways we can honor God and love his people is to do our part to make a dent in this global crisis.
There are so many reason to be hopeful about what the Church is doing - from helping to rescue victims to helping survivors find hope, health, faith and healing. We have the ability to change the lives of millions of people across the globe.
In the second part of our special webinar on human trafficking, we hear from more organizations who are on the front lines of helping the vulnerable, and why the Church plays such a huge role in this.
